Now let’s take a look at property values at 35 Hayden Street. Just how much have things changed since the building was registered in 2010?

Here are selling prices during March 2016.

Three condo suites at BSN were sold during this period.

A one bedroom plus den suite was sold for $485,000. This suite was on a low floor, faced north and was about 794 square feet. The owner sold this unit with a storage locker but no parking spot.

A two bedroom suite, also on a low floor at 35 Hayden, was sold for $497,000. This selling price included both a storage locker and an underground parking spot at BSN.

And third, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was sold for $600,700. This suite was about midway up the condo building and faced south west. It included a parking spot but there was no locker with this sale.
