Just how much have things changed since the building was registered in 2010?
Here are selling prices during July 2016.
Three condo suites at BSN were sold during this period.
On a low floor at BSN, a 794 sq ft one bedroom suite sold for $525,000. The suite faced north and included a parking spot and a locker.
Midway up the condo tower, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was sold for $782,000. The suite was more than 1000 sq ft and the selling price included a locker and a parking spot.
Also halfway up the BSN condominium building, a one bedroom plus den suite was sold for $675,000. This suite was more than 900 sq ft and faced south east. Locker and parking were included with the monthly maintenance fee of $638.25.
