As for 33 Mill Street’s most recent selling prices:

Between November 1, 2015 and January 31, 2016 only 6 sales have occurred at 33 Mill Street.

An east-facing one bedroom suite with a storage locker but no parking sold for $326,000 in the tower.

A north facing one bedroom suite with no locker and no parking sold for $327,500 in the upper portion of the tower.

A one bedroom plus den suite on a lower floor sold for $415,000. This suite came with a storage locker and a parking spot.

A larger 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite up in the tower sold for $582,000. This suite came with locker and parking and beautiful views of the Toronto skyline.

A 1250 sq ft 2+1 loft suite sold for $625,000. This included a parking spot and storage locker.

Also a very large 3 bedroom plus den suite was sold in the tower for $1,500,000.
