One of the many exciting condo projects is The Yorkville, conveniently located in the heart of the city at 32 Davenport, TSCC 2451 in Toronto’s tony Yorkville neighbourhood.

 

Since the building is new, there are only a few sale prices that have been published.

 

From time to time we will take into account average selling prices in the building. For now, here is good data to help The Weir Team continue to be the go-to condo experts for buyer and sellers in downtown Toronto.

 

Here is some interesting sales data for August and September 2016, provided by the Toronto Real Estate Board’s MLS system.

 

5 condo suites at 32 Davenport Road were sold during this period.

 

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was sold for $785,000. The suite was about midway up the 32 Davenport condo tower. The condo unit faced southwest and was about 825 square feet. The selling price included a storage locker and an underground parking spot at The Yorkville condominium.

 

On a low floor at 32 Davenport Road, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite sold for $788,000. This sale included a storage locker and an underground parking spot.

 

On a higher floor at 32 Davenport Rd, a south west corner suite sold for $810,000. This came with a storage unit and an underground parking space for one car. The suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

 

On a lower floor, a 931 square foot 2 bedroom plus den suite sold for $840,000. The suite was on a southeast corner and the sale included locker and parking.

 

And on a very high suite at 32 Davenport Road, a southeast corner suite sold for $888,000. This condo owner sold the suite with a locker and 2 parking spaces. The monthly maintenance fees on this unit were $679.00.
