During these two months, 11 suites were sold at 28 Ted Rogers Way.
A one bedroom plus den suite sold with a Couture selling price of $410,000. The suite faced west and had no parking and no locker.
A 557 sq ft one bedroom suite sold for $375,000 on a high floor. The suite faced south, had no parking but included a storage locker.
A one plus one on a higher floor sold for $443,000, including parking but no locker.
Another one plus one sold for $440,500 on a high floor while a similar one sold for $480,000, also on a lower floor.
A west facing 1+1 suite sold for $420,000. It was on a high floor, did not have a parking spot but came with a storage locker.
A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite sold for $492,500 on a low floor.
A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite sold for $515,000. It was on a lower floor and included a storage locker and 1 parking spot.
Another 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite sold for $535,000 a bit higher up. It faced west, included a parking spot but did not come with a storage locker.
Two other 2 bedroom suites sold for $517,000 and $545,000.
