Some of our more favourite transactions occurred helping buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors on the dramatically changed Balmuto Street.

Balmuto Street has undergone tremendous change with the arrival of two very different condo towers. Just steps from the Manulife Centre and all the best of Yorkville and Bloor Street’s so-called Mink Mile of shopping, resale condos on Balmuto Street have done very well.

Let’s zero in and take a closer look at actual selling prices and property values for the Crystal Blu Condos ast 21 Balmuto Street, TSCC 2128, for January, February and March 2016.

During this time period, 3 suites were sold at 21 Balmuto.

A small one bedroom suite, halfway up the tower sold for $455,000. This suite faced northwest. The sale did not include a storage locker, no an undergroud parking spot at 21 Balmuto Street.

On a higher floor at 21 Balmuto Street, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was sold for $555,000. There was a storage locker, but no parking spot. The suite faced northeast and the monthly condo fee was $669.00.

Also during this time, another 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was sold for $750,000. This suite was on a higher floor at 21 Balmuto St and faced south west. The suite was about 850 square feet. The selling price included a storage locker and an underground parking spot at Crystal Blu Condos.
