Only two suites were sold during this time at 18 Yorkville Avenue.
A 755 sqare foot suite was sold for $685,000. This suite had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and was on the southwest corner about half way up the 18 Yorkville condo tower. The sale included a storage locker and an underground parking spot.
Also during this time another suite was sold for $777,000. This 18 Yorkville unit was on a very low floor, included locker and parking, and was about 916 square feet.
